Job Description Summary
PRIMARY CARE UNIT COORDINATORs with Penn Dental Medicine's Restorative Clinic are responsible for providing superior student/patient-focused experiences in the management of multiple dental programs, specifically in the review and compliance of student/patient assignment, treatments and records.

Job Description

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular compliance reviews with students, track patient treatment, patient status and patients assignments.
  • Monitors and manages students' patient appointment books ensuring that the books are full; processing student charts.
  • Coordinate multiple dental management programs.
  • Act as liaison between department, PCU Group Leaders, students and patients.
  • Communicate patient status and issues with PCU Leaders.
  • Interface with PCU Group Leaders on course of action based on collected data.
  • Other duties as assigned.
