What We Are Looking For

The Product Manager is the champion responsible for leadership of an innovative electrical safety product line. The PM understands, influences and supports internal and external customers and stakeholders. Working with world-class customers and partners, the product manager will look for opportunities to expand the product line internally and externally. This Product Manager role will be responsible for an exciting, new-to-world innovation, in a startup environment within Panduit.

What You Will Do
  • Product Strategy and Execution: Develops, articulates and executes product strategy & roadmap, collaborates with account management and marketing teams to ensure alignment to launch a range of products. (15%)
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Leads and executes all stages of the product lifecycle, including business case development and global/regional product launches. (25%)
  • Technical and Application Experts: Provide application support for assigned products including technical collateral, Product Collateral, and Account Management Tools Training. (20%)
  • Competitor Analysis: Leads competitor analysis activity including product Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, Market sizing and share, and Pricing. (15%)
  • Business and Operations Planning: Pricing, S&OP Forecasting, Inventory Management and provide cost inputs into Manufacturing Strategy. (10%)
  • Customer Needs: Acts as a trusted advisor to understand and address the customers needs and inquiries. (15%)


What You Will Bring
  • Required Degree: Undergraduate degree required in technical or business field
  • Years of Experience: 2-7 years
  • Preferred experience: Industrial controls, electrical power distribution, industrial networking
  • Travels globally 10-25% to Panduit, customer, and supplier locations
