The Business Product Marketing, Advertising Ecosystem team seeks an individual who is passionate about helping Facebook collaborate globally with the ad industry and other stakeholders on solutions and standards that address critical issues such as privacy, safety and integrity, and measurement. This Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for contributing to prioritizing industry collaboration plans and related commitments, overseeing selected projects with external organizations/partners, ensuring consistent and successful execution internally towards agreed priorities, and supporting communication internally and externally to help the team, Facebook, and the industry achieve goals for the ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience managing highly complex projects and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute plans across technology, business, and policy-oriented projects. Relevant experience with project management, product management, ads measurement, customer/consumer data, and the ad technology and policy landscape are important for this role. The ideal candidate thinks creatively about everything but also delivers high-impact results on complex programs or projects through exceptional executional skills. The candidate is dedicated to driving clear plans and communications, and to ensuring efficient and effective processes, always working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

<ul><li>Develop frameworks to guide strategies, decisions, and plans for our industry solutions/standards-focused engagements, working closely with Ads Ecosystem Product Marketing and Research teams</li><li>Engage internally and externally to support execution of collaborative industry projects and resulting internal commitments, fostering effective relationships, processes, communications, schedules, and resourcing, and identifying and resolving issues that prevent progress</li><li>Design and maintain tools and systems to organize, coordinate, and track the team's engagements and progress with internal and external stakeholders, including dependencies, risks, and mitigation approaches</li><li>Support development of messages, documents, and presentations for internal and external audiences</li><li>Drive company-wide touch-points and leadership processes, including communications such as posts about industry trends and our team's progress, email updates, Q&A sessions, all-hands, and cross-team meetings</li></ul>

<ul><li>12+ years of work experience, including 5+ years experience in product marketing, program/project management, and/or consulting, and 2+ years experience in the internet/advertising sector and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels</li><li>Demonstrated analytical, data-driven decision-making experience</li><li>Experience managing multiple projects with clear timelines amid shifting priorities, across medium to large organizations</li><li>Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships, including directly working with people at all levels, both inside and outside of a company</li><li>Communication skills, with experience simplifying concepts</li><li>Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner</li><li>Proficiency with Google Apps, Microsoft Office tools, and related project/program management applications to drive best practices</li><li>BA/BS degree</li></ul>
