Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager - Mid-Level (3-5 years)

The Product Marketing Manager will be a key member of the team in supporting the growth of our four sets of target date funds as well as several single asset class collective investment trusts.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare on-going and ad hoc materials to support sales efforts and client servicing (e.g., quantitative and qualitative reports and PowerPoint pitch decks for institutional clients)
• Own the administration of the website for the collective investment trusts, which includes partnering with the CSIM Web Team on publishing and web enhancements
• Manage key parts of the quarter-end reporting process, and partner with others on the team as needed during quarter-end process on other product lines
• Help manage our inventory of existing client and internal facing TDF content
• Be a key contributor on product initiatives such as the launching of new funds within the TDF series, changes to the existing funds, etc.
• Support governance and regulatory activities
• Conduct research on funds, clients, market opportunities and the industry
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
  
• 4 years experience in financial services, ideally related to institutional (retirement) investment management
  
• Being highly organized with excellent project management skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing lasting relationships with business partners, many of whom are spread across the country
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong writing skills (PowerPoint and Word)
• Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision when necessary
