Summary:
The Product Manager forDisputes Management is responsible for supporting the product roadmap for thesystem. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Product Manager andis also responsible for conducting market research to define market trends forusability of such products; competitive assessment, and gathering customerrequirements.

Product Manager Job Duties:
? Determines internal and externalcustomers' needs, and conduct market research
? Assesses market competition bycomparing the company's product to competitors' products
? Provide key messages to helpdesign product marketing communication
? Aligns product launch activities with marketing activities
? Gather product market usage byworking with sales or use analytics tools to determine product penetration anddevelop product ideas to increase usage
? Work with business operationsteam to define requirements, and follow up to address their product needs
? May require to act as productlead, as needed, for special projects
? Develop user stories based onrequirements
? Maintain professional andtechnical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professionalpublications; review customer feedback, establishing personal networks;participating in professional societies
? Contribute to team effort andparticipate in other initiatives as appropriate
? Support, as needed, productionsupport teams to solve open issues both internal and external
? Participate in testing of new productsincluding features/functionality
? As needed, participate inMerchant calls to pilot activities
Product Manager Skills and Qualifications:
? Strong communication skillsinternally and externally during interaction with customers
? Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to synthesize information and present theinformation in a clear and meaningful way - graphical representations, etc.
? Experience in gathering,refining, documenting and prioritizing business requirements
? Reasonable technical skills withability to understand technology design and ability to translate businessrequirements to development team
? Knowledge of Agile methodologiesa plus
? Google Suite a plus
