Job Summary

Product Operations ensures efficient functioning of the cross functional product management team and making sure the rest of the organization receives accurate information from the product team leading to improved customer experience. We are looking for an Analyst who has worked for a least 2 years in an environment where you have demonstrated an understanding of data, process and procedures, good organizational skills, and good cross team communication skills. You enjoy complex data problem solving and be searching for a role that provides an opportunity to build on your experience and become a valued member of a strong professional team, all within a dynamic and progressive Fintech business.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Head of Product Operations for data collection and reporting, process engineering, milestone management & tool administration:
• Assist in ensuring the right information systems and disciplines are in place so that product communications (roadmap, release information, product documentation, marketing materials etc.,) for clients, users and other internal departments are consistent, cohesive, & accurate to reflect the product direction and delivery timelines.
• Natural understanding of data with strong attention to detail - Provide analytical support to ensure data collection is consistent and the data is normalised. Analyse large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make recommendations to Head of Product Operations to assist in making informed stretegic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to put efficient process and procedures in place to manage operational best practices.
• Product tooling innovation: working with Head of Product Operations to analyse, carry out PoC and choose suitable product management tools.
• Maintaining and delivering an efficient service to product managers and product owners, especially in relation to KPI and support for new product introduction
• Project manage small projects to ensure timely delivery and stakeholders are kept up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a product oriented, SaaS environment, preferably in a growth Fintech business
• Appreciation of Product Management functions, having worked in, or closely with, Product Managers and Product Owners
• Critical thinking ability - Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
• Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
• Understanding of the Product Lifecycle and the Software Development Lifecycle
• You can demonstrate a sharp analytical mind with proven success in analysing data
• Track record in building successful cross departmental relationships to drive results and remove road blocks
• Some experience of project management - Experience in owning small scale projects and tasks from cradle to grave
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (VBA), flowchart and diagramming software, etc
• Working knowledge of CRM products
• Excellent communicator, both written and oral skills
• Ability to create effective content to engage technical and commercial audience
• Personal growth mindset - seek out learning opportunities for yourself
• Knowledge of alternative investment or Capital Markets helpful but not required

Education/Certifications

• Educated to degree level from a competitive university
