Salary: $90-110k plus 20% bonus
Description:
A growing food company located near Carthage, NC is currently searching for a Shift Manager.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, excellent benefits and relocation if needed
Salary range for this position is $90-110k plus 20% bonus
This is a 2nd shift position
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree Preferred
-10+ years' experience in Food Manufacturing
-2+ years experience as a Superintendent or Manager in a food manufacturing plant
-Flexible to work with all shifts as needed
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others
-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
