The Fulfillment Supervisor will supervise the daily work schedules of distribution center associates involved in performing a combination of shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading trucks, stacking, picking, and palletizing finished products. Schedules delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories to achieve distribution objectives and meet customer requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervises, motivates, and assigns specific responsibilities to distribution center associates to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitors employee productivity, accuracy, and other performance markers and provides coaching to employees, as required.
• Ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times.
• Enforces all Company work and safety rules.
• Ability to open and close the distribution Center
• Ensures the proper handling and recording of all hazardous materials shipped out.
• Able to use computer and bar-coding equipment in a \"\"paperless\"\" warehouse work environment.
• Recommends changes in procedures to improve the operating efficiency of the unit.
• Coordinates work with operations manager, warehouse manager, and call center concerning shipments, merchandise shortages, etc.
• Familiar with company policies and procedures, including human resources policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Must be able to operate stand up electric forklift or willing and able to qualify
• Ensures maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Associates Degree, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience, such as receiving, picking, and stocking inventory preferred
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 20lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to use handheld bar code scanning equipment in a paperless warehouse is required
• Strong ability to work as a team or individually
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving ability
• Excellent attention to detail
