Become a part of our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Program Clinician at the Village for Youth program at Behavioral Health Network! The Program Clinician uses their experience in group, individual, and family treatment to facilitate successful transitions back into the community for youth experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Program Clinicians work on a multidisciplinary team in addition to families and outside providers to provide direct individual therapy to residents. Additionally, the Program Clinician serves as a member of a dynamic leadership team providing training and consultation to program staff.
At Behavioral Health Network's Village for Youth CBAT Program, we believe in utilizing leadership, problem solving, and communication skills to create a safe and nurturing environment which offers the opportunity to guide, teach, serve, and empower youth. Through the use of trauma informed, strength based models, academic instruction, and clinical support, we focus on providing youth with behavioral health challenges the assistance they need to integrate and succeed within our community.
