Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Program Coordinator in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network!

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the ACCS program with the following:

• Ensuring the well-being of individuals served.
• Overseeing & maintaining the overall quality of program.
• Ensuring adherence to the regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
• Supervising staff regularly, including addressing disciplinary issues as needed and writing annual performance evaluations.
• Monitoring all program & individual served financial records to ensure compliance with program policy and procedures regarding financial records and contract billing requirements.
• Maintaining communication with funding sources or other contracts as appropriate.
• Overseeing the rep-payee process and contingency fund processes.
• Overseeing & maintaining of agency vehicles.
• Supervising & overseeing the tasks of the Housing Coordinators.
• Being available for administrative on-call responsibilities.

Adult Clinical Community Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns recover by providing clinical and rehabilitative interventions and other services, including peer, family and housing support. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

What are we looking for in a Program Coordinator?

• Commitment to individuals served empowerment and growth, human rights and community integration (required).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• At least five years of experience in the human services field (required).
• At least two years of supervisory experience (required).
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (required).
• Proficiency in using Smartsheet (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills (required).
