SUMMARY

We have a unique opportunity for you as a Program Management Intern at Rehrig Pacific Company. You will work cross-functionally with multiple teams across the business helping to accelerate the development of quality products that deliver value to our customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the PMO in the management of projects and programs that support our strategic initiatives and drive value to our customers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and other tools in accordance with PMO processes.
• Drive clarity for project teams to achieve success and remove roadblocks where applicable.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of project management discipline and tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner both orally and written
• Eagerness to learn and self-motivated
• Possess good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Team collaborator

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Preferred masters degree student
