ECS is seeking a Program Manager to work in our Quantico, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.

Job Description:

Provide Program Management for cyber security disciplines.

Lead and Collaborate with government stakeholders for the below:

• Collaborate with the civilian team in managing tasks, ticket requests, justification documents, and project status.
• Socialize security activity details with various stakeholders and answer related questions.
• Accountable to manage resource assignment and conflicts, delivery order charged hours (forecast and actual), prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports.
• Serve as primary contact for task assignments and provide deliverable tracking directions to team members.
• Perform quality control on deliverables throughout period of performance to maintain expected standards.

Required Skills:

• Secret Security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5 + years of experience in IT Project management
• 10+ years of IT related experience
• Experience managing large scale IT projects
• Experience with Atlassian suite of tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities

Desired Skills:

• CISSP
