RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a healthcare client located in Dublin, CA that is in need of a Program Manager.Summary:In this role, the Program Manager will need to be able to support 2-3 bigger projects at the same time. The projects include: Budgeting, Operation Plans, Strategic planning, operational improvement, facility construction, etc.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university required
- PM certification - PMP, Scrum or Lean
- 3 years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience
- Healthcare/hospital experience is highly desired
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside the organization and gain their cooperation
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadline
- Ability to promote a spirit of inquiry and practice based on evidence by using research based knowledge or research utilization methods to identify and implement innovations in patient care and/or participating in research, clinical investigatory or quality projects
- Skilled in project management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to provide leadership and influence others
- Ability to resolve conflicts and/or negotiate with others to achieve positive results; establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
