Immediate need for a talented Program Manager with experience in the Airlines Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the part-out of seventy-one (71) V2500-D5 engines and the return of Pratt PBC LLP content to the OEM.

  • Once the engines are disassembled mange the repair plan of the engines to monetize the piece part inventories of thirty-five (35) engines, and the consignment of forty-one (41) engines to MTU for internal consumption during engine overhauls.

  • Ensure a consistent amount of material is repair and consumed to support desired inventory turn-over metrics.

  • Assist in the identification and marketing of selected LLP and non-LLP material for 3rd party aftermarket sales.

  • Ensure that engines are parted-out consistent with the established schedule. Oversight and accounting for the return of all PBC LLPs to the OEM. All part-out material is returned and repaired according to market demand.

  • Establish and maintain consistent marketing campaigns for identified high-value material. Monitor MTU consignment performance and returns.

  • Expected monetization of all engines is over a four (4) to five (5) year time line. Renewal of contract is based on performance expectations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Experience with and the understanding of the technical aspects of engines and associated support data to conduct thorough research and analysis.

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a material supply chain discipline such as procurement, repairs, pricing, or related fields

  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving, analytical skills, and data analysis

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business, Finance/Accounting, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.

  • Proficient in the use of SAP, MS Office, Excel

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and relationship-building skills are required.

  • Must demonstrate the organization's values of integrity, respect, and perseverance.
