Job Title: Program Manager (NARA)K

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Program Manager in College Park, MD to provide Consolidated Facilities Management Services at the National Archives Building in College Park, MD and Washington, D.C.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the work described in this task order.
  • Provide on-site supervisory management with total responsibility for acceptable performance of work performed.
  • Assign personnel including reassigning personnel to alleviate unbalanced workload situations
  • Take immediate actions to resolve situations requiring immediate attention.
  • Communicate frequently to provide information on the Vendor's management and programs and ensure all potential issues are quickly identified and resolved.
  • Participate in weekly program review meetings,
  • Provide monthly written reports to include a review of progress for the past month the work and level of effort for plans for the upcoming month
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (including Architecture) or business
  • Minimum of ten years management experience, and at least two years experience, within the last five years, as a Program Manager of a Contract Facilities Maintenance task order for facilities over 1.4 million square feet with responsibilities for O&M, janitorial, transportation, etc.
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Must fluently speak, read and write the English language
