Ultimate Staffing is thrilled to support a prestigious client in San Francisco in filling their Project Assistant role.

Pay Range $30-35/hr

Location: San Francisco

Essential Functions

* Process new job start requests via Project Managers and assign job numbers accordingly

* Create electronic job file/project binders for Project Managers after issuing new job number

* Update Change Request/Change Order forms (job number, job name, PM name and customer code)

* Facilitate signatures on labor cost codes for new job starts and re-statements

* Request Preliminary information for every job over $5K - File Pre-Lien according to the information received via the Pre-Lien request form or contract documents

* Request job specific insurance certificates per customers' request. Insurance requirements are typically stated via the contract

* Route and facilitate signatures on contracts or new supplier requests

* Maintenance of Job Documents Report. This report is a tracking mechanism for all job specific contracts, insurance certificates and preliminaries

* Print labor reports per the request of the Project Manager

* Print and sort copies of the monthly Financial Review forms (by group) * Complete typing requests that include by are not limited to the following:

? Letters, Memos, Transmittals, Meeting Minutes, Panel Schedules, PCO's and RFI's
