Project/Contract Admin (Top Multi-Family Developer) We are one of the top developer/builders in the multi-family space throughout Florida and are looking for an experienced project admin/contract admin to assist high level executives in contract, accounting and project coordination functions as we continue to grow our footprint in the Florida market.

We have a sterling reputation and have funding to carry us through every type of market. We have a gorgeous office in Fort Lauderdale with an awesome culture- and are looking for someone who is looking for a long term home.
What You Will Be Doing Contract/accounting/project admin functions in office only- this is a non-traveling and in office position.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years with contract admin/project admin and/or project coordination experience.

Procore/Timberline & AIA knowledge experience is a strong plus!
