RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Golden, CO is looking for a Project Coordinator for roughly 10 hours a week. There is a lot of backend work to get ready for a ring central migration. Work is still needed for end user communications and end user adoption. They will be sequencing of activities that will lead up to the cutover - In June. The Project Coordinator will be impacting other locations as well - so lots of communications. The right project coordinator will keep people in sync, on schedules, communications.Duties:- Helping coordinate between IT, ender users, etc.
- Assist with training and reveal communications from a technical and non-technical lense - wordsmithing it or helping draft communications and communication plans
- June - converting from handset to softphones - coordinating that, getting people signed up, and help set up trainings; Could see it flow into July/early August
- 10 hours a week/2 hours a day on site; Possibility for more hours than just 10 a week
REQUIREMENTS:
- Not a PM - just a project coordinator
- Understands some technical change management or technical adoption - that would be ideal - but not a must have
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
