What You Will Be Doing We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to administer multiple medium sized equipment / OEM projects.

- Responsible for project lifecycle coordination and main customer contact for multiple equipment only projects
- Review new customer order intake and facilitate kickoff meetings
- Manage customer communications and clarifications
- Administer tasks and coordinate workflow with team members
- Track and communicate standard schedule milestone dates
- Set up and manage billing milestones
- Request and manage purchase orders to vendors as necessary
- Assist in resolving order problems in a timely manner
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
What You Need for this Position - 2+ Years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, and/or Equipment projects preferred
