How you can make a bigger difference:

The CCBHC is comprised of several community based programs providing direct care to over 3,200 clients annually, both on site and in the community. The Project Evaluator oversees evaluation activities related to the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) Expansion Grant project ("the grant"), including the development of effective data collection, monitoring, performance evaluation and reporting systems. Project Evaluator will be reporting to the Project Director but will be maintaining a relationship and open communication with the Senior Director of Quality Outcomes

The Project Evaluator for the CCBHC is responsible for using critical and analytical thinking to perform analyses and developing a systemic approach to data collection, performance measurement and reporting across the CCBHCs.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop sophisticated data analytics using advanced Excel techniques to monitor project performance to determine whether we are achieving project goals, and to determine if outcomes are being equitably achieved to impact behavioral health disparities.
  • Perform complex data analyses to identify actionable insights that improve CCBHC performance
  • Use critical and analytic thinking to identify insights that can inform decision making to improve the management of the grant.
  • Extract data from multiple sources for monitoring purposes.
  • Develop reliable systems to collect data to optimize grant performance and management.
  • Manage, execute, and assist with tasks related to implementation of performance standards and outcomes measurements.
  • Accurate and timely preparation and submission of all required reports to SAMHSA, including but not limited to a six-month report in Year 1, a final report at the end of Year 1, and a final report at the end of Year 2.
  • Monitor the collection of and report on 21standardized quality measures.
  • Develop and train staff on best practice standards for data collection.
  • Work closely with agency departments and programs to improve workflows affecting data collection, performance measurement and management.
  • Master's Degree in business or healthcare related field with an emphasis on metrics and data driven decision-making.
  • Certification related to data science and data analytics.
