Position Snapshot

As an integral part of US Ecology team, you for will perform administrative functions such as creation of purchase orders, tracking purchase orders, vendor setup, records management, and reconciling invoices for our West Coast Region.

Day in the Life

After grabbing your favorite morning beverage and booting up your computer, you can expect to:

• Creating new purchase orders for approved requests
• Handle information requests timely
• Manage and maintain documents
• Prepare communication and spreadsheets
• Requesting invoices and coding for accounts payable
• Use company-specific software for a multitude of tasks

What you need to apply

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2-3 years office experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
• Excellent customer service and office administration experience
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with Foxit PDF a plus
