Our client, a major luxury retail brand, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position that would require you on site.

As the Project Manager you will:


Create and maintain weekly project schedules for digital & print (in store signage, direct mail & OOH) assets including marketing emails, site content, social media, acquisition media and larger campaign projects, following established process steps and timelines
Actively manage digital & project change requests, post acceptance, create and revise schedules and go live dates as needed. Proactively communicate any impacts to timelines with internal stakeholders
Pre-Production - Lead internal brainstorming sessions to track towards a Concept Presentation. Create agenda items and provide meeting notes during/post concept presentation
Production - Work with Art Directors & Retouching to ensure images are received in accordance to the timeline
Post Production - Track the creative asset development process. Responsible for obtaining and circulating creative for sign-off in a timely manner
Identify red flags and resolve impediments to task completion
Ensure deliverables meet project requirements
Conduct project retrospectives with the team, as needed
Communicate any process changes, tool updates, training, and timing for implementation, as required Production Support
Coordinate tasks and traffic updates with assorted teams including marketing, digital strategy, creative, tech and site experience
Schedule and manage miscellaneous site updates (ex. informational page updates, landing page creation, etc.)
Work with creative and print purchasing to price out different types of direct mailers to determine what will be most appropriate for the campaign while being cost effective
Create released file folders (labeling folders per established naming convention)
Keep print production team informed of any changes in the timeline that can put art release delivery at risk
When files are ready for release, deliver to production to send to appropriate vendors


Background Profile:


Bachelors’ degree required
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of digital media project workflow, processes, and best practices
Proficient with MS Office Suite, GSuite, collaboration tools, workflow management tools
Understanding of print & digital production processes
Familiarity with Wrike, BOX is a plus
Solutions-oriented
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be a self-starter, solution seeker
Must be extremely resourceful and enthusiastic
Display a capacity to learn quickly and responds well to changes and opportunities
Comfortable leading collaboratively and engaging with various group business leads, cross-functional team members
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, delegate with a clearly defined responsibility and organize work well. Can be relied upon to meet schedules and deadlines.
Focus and understanding of customer needs, always place the customer first (internal and external)
Devote appropriate attention to all responsibilities, follow through consistently and be willing to accept ultimate responsibility; take positive action to meet growing responsibility
