Project Manager If you are a Project Manager with experience, please read on! We are a multi award winning construction management firm specializing in commercial projects throughout North Carolina. With our rapidly growing portfolio, we are looking for an experienced PM to join our team immediately!
What You Will Be Doing You will work closely to collaborate across teams within the organization and be responsible for prioritizing projects accordingly, maintaining a strict schedule and budget, promoting safety and quality on all projects, managing foreman and team members, and handling RFI submittals and change orders.
What You Need for this Position At least 3 years of experience with:
- GC related project experience in commercial TI construction (on high-end corporate office, educational, life science, high tech)
- 3+ years minimum supervisory experience as a Project Manager within Commercial Construction
- Proficient in a negotiated, customer-service based project delivery environment
