RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Okarche, OK.Responsibilities:- Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
- Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals and priorities
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing contingency plans
- As a Project Manager, you will ensure the adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
- Understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, etc.)
- Experience in the HVAC industry or related fields
- Knowledge of software development technologies and frameworks
- Understanding of cloud-based software development and deployment
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
