Project Manager--Ground Up Multi-family If you are a Project Manager with Ground Up Multi-Family experience, please read on!

NOTE: Must have prior experience with wood frame multi-family projects with 3 or more stories and a willingness to travel regionally.
What You Will Be Doing --The chosen Project Manager will be overseeing ground up construction for multi-family buildings with 4+ stories. This position is responsible for multi-stage construction oversight and will assist with the planning, job costing, and contractor selection on various projects throughout greater Atlanta and the Southeast.
What You Need for this Position 3+ years of relevant project management experience and:

- Bachelors Degree preferred (Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Employment history showing a progressive increase in responsibilities
- Verifiable track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Project experience with ground up, wood frame multi-family projects (50+ units per building) is a MUST
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Prior experience with preconstruction and job costing activities
- Thorough knowledge of multiple project delivery methods
- Thorough understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Preferred certifications include: DBIA, CCM, LEED AP, and/or PE
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Drivers License in good standing

NOTE: Degree requirement can be waived with enough relevant experience.
