Our client in the NE Ohio area is looking for local a Project Manager II on a 6 month contract to hire basis.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading and/or participating in projects spanning the breadth and depth of our client's business units. The Project Manager should have software experience.

Essential Functions

• Manage a wide variety of IT projects across all business lines

• Assist in evolving the Project Life Cycle to maintain service levels to the organization
• Complete documentation, testing training, and requirements definition for projects
• Meet the deployment, development, and training objectives as assigned for each project
• Communicate project status; identify roadblocks and provide solutions
• Execute change management policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years' IT project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
