Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager II
Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event planning efforts between various stakeholders including facilities, security, events, and operations team members
- Ensure smooth user flow through vaccination clinics
- Provide real-time support to vaccine clinical partner during onsite clinics
Skill/Experience/Education:
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3- 5 years of professional project planning or event planning experience.
- Experience interacting with stakeholders.
- Basic G-suite experience with Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides.
- Experience working cross functionally with several teams and bringing together several work streams and work flows.
Desired:
- Multi-site program coordination. Experience working with vendor partners responsible for program delivery.
