• Pilot - 1 project manager to manage the Go To Market deliverables for P&L for P&L projects.
• RD1, New Product or Major Enhancement request types only.
• Pilot a combination of an agile project and a waterfall project.
• Take assigned projects from active status to launch or for a specific timeframe (due to the interns short timing) managing the Go To Market deliverables
• Work with Vertical, Product Manager and NPE to determine what Go To Market deliverables for each project are relevant.
• Schedule Kickoff mtg, all GTM calls, facilitate the calls, build a GTM plan that will have all deliverables and dates associated.
• Project manage all relevant deliverables to ensure dates/timelines are met
• Report status of GTM projects to management / Sr. Leadership
• Document lessons learned specifically for GTM
• Working with management - use lessons learned to document findings at the end of the assignment

• Technical skills:
  • Project scheduling (excel)
  • Knowledge of different Product Development Methodologies (i.e., agile and waterfall) would be a plus
  • Meeting facilitation skills
  • Business knowledge a plus- marketing, sales, pricing, etc...
