Position Overview:

Are you a seasoned Project Marketing Specialist with a knack for juggling multiple projects in a fastpaced environment? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a contracted Project Marketing Specialist, where you'll lead the charge in strategically planning and executing a high volume of projects within our marketing process.

Opening initially budgeted as 40 hours weekly and for 12 months.

Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days on site and 3 days off site.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and oversee hundreds projects annually within existing marketing processes.
• Manage simultaneous projects across Creative, Brand, Art Buying, Production, and Studio processes, ensuring on time, on budget completion aligned with strategic vision.
• Identify and balance priorities throughout the creative process, exercising independent judgment to overcome challenges and maintain focus.
• Lead efficient and solution-oriented discussions, demonstrating expert communication skills with all levels of management and support staff.
• Maintain a clear vision of "next steps" and the "big picture" during meetings and project changes.
• Forecast resources, proactively identify barriers, and provide recommendations to senior leaders for problem resolution.
• Review work and creative output for quality, consistency, and readiness to move to the next step.
• Partner with various brand channels to lead and direct creative teams toward common goals.

Skills Required:

• Detail oriented, resourceful, and adept at working with ambiguity.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Manage project movement through creative development, approval, revision, and delivery milestones.
• Make decisions under tight time constraints.
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
• Dynamic self-starter with a strong work ethic, understanding details within a larger context and demonstrating good judgment.
• Manage and lead all project meetings.
• Proficentcy in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow software (e.g. MS Project, Basecamp, etc)

Desired Experience:

• 4-5 years of project management, traffic, or marketing experience, preferably in an agency or corporate advertising environment.
• Knowledge of creative, print production, digital, and media processes and timelines.
