Job Info

We are seeking a highly dedicated Property Staff Accounant to join our growing team.

This opportunity will have the ability to grow into a Senior and Management level role in the future.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with all bank and credit transactions
Processing GL's
Vendor billing
Adjustments to entries
Assist management with special projects
GAAP
Day to day accounting - AP/ AR
Maintaining payment methods and collections
Budgetting
Petty cash

Qualifications:

Former property management experience required
Former proerpty management accounting software experience such as - Yardi, TOPS, Enumerate
Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Math or relelvant required
