Provider Collaboration Manager - Quality & Cost Program Management (JR106621)

Location: Must reside within 50 miles or 1 hour commute to our Manchester, New Hampshire office.

***This role is part of our Hybrid 2 Workplace Strategy and requires work in the office 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.***

Note: Provider visits (Virtual and in person) in New Hampshire will be required.

The Provider Collaboration Manager receives a moderate level of guidance and direction in providing operational and administrative support for the implementation, auditing and resolution of loading issues for payment innovation programs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides administrative and operational support for assigned provider contracts.
  • Obtains, analyzes, aggregates, and presents to internal and external leadership, financial performance and quality metrics.
  • Support and facilitates value based JOCs (Joint Operating Committee meetings).
  • Maintains contact database and disseminates communications to providers as necessary.
  • Aggregate and analyze provider data form various sources to recommend and implement solutions to ensure contract success.
  • Collaborates with provider contractors, healthcare networks team and national business partners to meet provider contract needs.
  • Encourages change management with providers to increase quality and decrease cost.
  • Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
Minimum Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in data operations related to health care; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program management experience
  • Value based/population health/payment innovation/quality and cost program experience.
  • Value Based and fee for service contracting experience.
  • Ability to analyze provider cost and quality, utilizing that data to create PowerPoint presentations to review with health system leadership
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Provider Network and or Healthcare Network experience.
