What You Will Be Doing -Selection of Vendors and Building Management
-Negotiate lowest/most cost effective pricing
-Provide Field Operations with materials
-Making sure our database has the most reliable products
-Managing Takeoffs
-Overseeing Purchasing Department
What You Need for this Position -5+ Years experience in Purchasing for the Home Building Market
-Experience with a Large Production Home builder (Preferred)
-Ability to analyze numbers and information and produce clear, communicative reports
-Computer Skills/High Level of Organizational Skills
