* Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering or Chemistrypreferred).
* 2+ years of Quality experience in a manufacturingenvironment, aerospace, automotive, electronics or closely related industry.
* Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
* Strong problem solver using 8D, A3 and root cause problemsolving methodology.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficient in use ofSAP, with knowledge of the Quality Module.
* Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
* Must possess strong communication skills and the abilityto lead and coordinate efforts between various functional groups to addresscustomer requirements and requests, and to complete projects related to theachievement of established quality improvement objectives.
* Willing to spend time on the manufacturing floor gainingknowledge as well as developing solutions with input from operators.
* Ability to work in a team environment and work on multipleprojects.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
* Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpretcommon scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to commoninquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies and members of thebusiness community. Ability to write technical and customer specific reportsthat conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively presentinformation to top management as well as operations personnel.
* Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematicalconcepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to applyconcepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practicalsituations.
* Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collectdata, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret anextensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form anddeal with several abstract variables.
