Position Summary

Provide technical support for the R&D engineering group including setup, debugging & troubleshooting new equipment and processes, tooling support, implementation of statistical process controls and training of manufacturing personnel. Assist in troubleshooting production line problems.

Principal Responsibilities

• Provide assistance during Verification & Validation of new equipment and processes for the R&D group.
• Develop protocols and reports to support R&D efforts.
• Troubleshooting new tooling and equipment issues and resolve for the R&D group.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new equipment & processes.
• Provide assistance to manufacturing to reduce NCs and responsible for NC disposition.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance of Teleflex's Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards.

Education / Experience Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Medical Device Manufacturing Experience (Extrusion, Molding, Tipping)
• Minimum 5 years of experience
