Our client, a well-established media company, is seeking a Recruiting Consultant to join their New York team. Your responsibilities in this role will include managing the candidate experience in collaboration with the HR team, partnering with key stakeholders to oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, and supporting employee engagement projects and new hire orientation. Other day to day tasks will include attending career fairs, preparing reports and recommendations to present client groups, ensuring accurate employee data is entered in to systems such as payroll and HRIS, and performing ad hoc projects in partnership with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in recruiting and HR, strong technology skills, an upbeat and collaborative work ethic, the ability to maintain confidentiality, hands on experience with HRIS, exceptional communication and relationship building skills, strong attention to detail, and is highly organized. Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
• Bachelor's degree
• An upbeat demeanor and ability to work collaboratively
• Strong experience with HRIS such as ADP and Workday
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Highly proficient with Excel and experience with Google suite and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters tactfully
