Prologis is seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Manager, Central Region for our Americas Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing and high-impact team that owns the strategy, brand narrative, planning & goals for the Americas. The Americas Marketing team is composed of dedicated experts across critical marketing disciplines, with a passion for supporting Prologis and its customers to reduce the world's carbon footprint while also increasing revenue and profitability.

The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the VP, Americas Head of Marketing. The primary role is to establish and assist in the execution of a regional marketing plan that promotes and drives results in real estate leasing, development stabilizations, Essentials revenue, customer experience, and digital marketing of the Prologis' Central Region portfolio. In addition, this role will partner with the Market Officers throughout the region in hiring and training all Leasing & Marketing Coordinators and/or Marketing Specialists.

Crucially, you'll be a self-starter who takes ownership over their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a keen desire to learn. You serve as an operational thought partner to the marketing organization by surfacing key insights, providing recommendations on areas for improvement, and identifying growth and efficiency levers to set strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support regional leadership and collaborates closely with market-level leadership inclusive of Market Officers and Capital Deployment on priorities and regional marketing strategy. Ensure they have the sales enablement they need to perform at the highest possible level.
  • Leads the region on overall marketing strategy and alignment with all stakeholders (Leasing, Capital Deployment, Customer Led Development) on priorities and Go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and co-lead market-level campaign execution of brand and product campaigns.
  • Oversees and maintains regional marketing budgets
  • Property & Development Marketing: Includes oversight of on-brand leasing materials, signage, building photography, vacancy marketing setup, event, and digital marketing.
  • Essentials Marketing: Collaborate with Global Marketing team to create drive awareness for beyond real estate offerings and cross-sell with core real estate offerings.
  • Training & Development: Conduct new hire training and onboarding for Leasing & Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Specialists. Partner with Market Officers to train and mentor Leasing & Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Specialists.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with Regional Real Estate & Customer Experience leads to oversee regions customer appreciation strategy.
  • External Communications: Support Corporate Communications team in providing market insights, notify them of crisis management issues, proactively create strategic communications plans for key markets in the region.
  • Internal Communications: Ensure that all marketing and leasing team members are aware of initiatives and change management that impacts them; manage quarterly regional email newsletter and SharePoint site.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all relevant systems and procedures, including Adobe Creative suite, Digital Property Marketing, Salesforce, Bynder, Monday.com, Tableau, Sigma, BOX, etc.

Building blocks for success:

Required:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing
  • 20% travel requirement to Prologis regional markets as required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance a dynamic workload. Exceptional project management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, good team player and customer service oriented. Desire to teach and motivate. Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient graphic design skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proven track record of identifying strategic improvements, advocating for them internally, and driving strategy through execution.
  • Intimate understanding of the relationship between marketing, comms, product, and sales both globally and at the regional level
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing
  • Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.

Hiring Salary Range of: $107,000 - $134,000. Salary to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
