We will count on you to:

Responsible for the overall strategic marketing on assigned accounts. Working directly with producers, VP/ Directors of Marketing (as necessary), service teams and clients to provide excellent customer service and technical placement and analytics for new, renewal and prospective accounts. This individual is responsible for creating and maintaining strong market relationships. This individual is also responsible for being an integral part of a team, contributing to the acquisition of new business and growth within the entire department.

What you need to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred
• Knowledge of Management Liability industry (carrier, agency) laws, products, coverage's and markets is essential.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers.
• Strong interpersonal and sales related skills in dealing with Producers, Account Executives, carriers and customers.
• Proficiency in MS office applications required.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
