Our client, a trade association in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Registration Coordinator to join their team!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in the events and meetings industry is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce/Nimble AMS is strongly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably within Word and Excel.

The Job:

• Scheduling meetings and being the primary source of communication for third party vendors.
• Tracking the overall coordination and registration processes.
• Processing and reporting numerous membership fees and forms.
• Other customer service and administrative duties.

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $23/hr - $25/hr, with the possibility of converting to a salary of $48K-$56K (DOE). If you are skilled in the events and meetings industry, and are interested in this role, apply today with your MS Word resume!
