Job Description
RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER- REMOTE

The Select Group is looking for a Release Train Engineer to join a company in the U.S for a REMOTE role. This person will be overseeing the Scrum Teams on the Billing and Receivable Modernization, that is taking Five Legacy Invoicing systems through 1 SAP product

RELEASE TRAIN ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Senior Project/Program Manager
• Experience creating User Stories and understanding of Backlog Management
• Scrum Team Management Experience
• Overall coordination of Scrum Masters in a SAFe or Agile at scale Environment
• Progress reporting in Azure DevOps
• Ability to take information from Azure DevOps to report Project Status to Management and project oversight to teams

RELEASE TRAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leader of the BRM agile practice, ensuring continuity across Scrum Teams
• Drives execution of a Vision, roadmap and backlog
• Prioritize User Stories into Sprints
• Managing Backlogs for each Team
• Leading Scrum of Scrum Meetings
• Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
• Collaboration between teams with Dependent Stories/Features
• Help to manage Risks and Dependencies
• Escalate and track impediments, Drive & Adapt Sessions
