Your Role

The Reliability Director will be responsible for working with internal Plant Managers and business leaders across North America and Europe to collaboratively develop and coordinate the enterprise TPM and RCM programs to deliver reliable asset performance. The Director will work with Site Reliability leaders to develop standard methods to maintain the company's assets and to develop strategies that improve operating efficiencies, labor effectiveness, employee engagement and technical development of personnel. The Director will lead the evolution of operator-based maintenance, rapid changeovers, predictive and preventive maintenance, MRO optimization and the development of KPIs and measures to achieve world class benchmarks and lower operating costs. Effectively build partnerships with engineering and OEM suppliers to realize global synergies, design for reliability and leverage our integrated scale. The Director will assess and lead implementation of a CMMS across multiple sites as well as ensure asset care considerations are included in all asset decisions. This position will reside at the Greenville NC facility and will provide plant support / leadership as needed to cover any gaps or help expedite the strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global strategy with the sites around a TPM and RCM structure
• Provide plant support / leadership as needed to cover any gaps or help expedite the strategy execution
• CMMS system ownership and implementation with support from the site Asset Care Managers
• KPI / Focused Improvement: Monitor key performance indicators and to identify ongoing improvements through data analysis by the team and improvements to reduce downtime on the assets.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 15 years of experience with at least three years of leading enterprise wide maintenance initiatives
• Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment leading TPM or RCM initiatives.
• Experience with implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong business analytics and project management skills
• Ability to travel 50% of the time or more, accommodating significant fluctuations in such requirements
• Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple business priorities
• Hands on experience developing and implementing end to end systems (roll up the sleeves type of position)
• Masters Degree - preferred
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) - preferred
