Beacon Hill Legal is actively staffing for a remote, temp-to-perm corporate paralegal position with a client based out of Wilmington, DE. The paralegal will assist with preparation of board and committee materials as needed, and will also provide support on various commercial matters, including financial filings (such as proxy, registration statements and finance filings), as well as assist with preparing and maintaining governance-related policies and procedures.

Candidates will come with 3+ years of previous paralegal support experience, including substantial involvement with in-house and/or law firm corporate transactional, governance or finance matters. Prior experience with drafting minutes, resolutions, consents, governing documents and certificates is required.
