Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Research Coordinator to support their Asset Selection Team in NYC. The hours are 8am-6pm (need flex) and this role is hybrid with four days in the office and one day remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing an extensive data library
• Track conference attendance and expert network calls
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and plan events
• Process and submit expenses
• Book international/domestic travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of EA experience and experience with research
• Experience with project management, preferably in finance, healthcare, and/or biotech
• Outgoing and communicative individual with demonstrated experience managing team calendars

Compensation/Benefits:

• Up to $115K base depending on experience + bonus
