Your new company
Our client is a well-respected residential real estate developer in the Central Florida market. They are an established contractor who have been in the industry for many years specializing in renovations and additions of single family homes. This business offers opportunity for growth and they have a significant pipeline of work over the next 24 months.

Your new role
Our client is looking for a seasoned superintendent with experience running multiple residential additions projects at a time. Some responsibilities may include team coordination, budgeting, scheduling maintenance, value engineering, bid management, contract development and more.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience with single-family home additions and renovations as a construction supervisor with a proven background in the residential field. You will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership and the ability to multi task.

What you'll get in return
Our client is offering a competitive salary up to $90,000 (depending on experience) with bonus potential. This company also offers standard health, dental and vision as well as a company vehicle and cell phone allowance.
