Description
The Retention Executive - Employer Group is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Retention Executive - Employer Group work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Retention Executive - Employer Group oversees customer account management, including negotiatingrenewals and agreements. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns and develops Broker relationships. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Held accountable for meeting Retention and Cross Sales Goals. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Account Management/Salesexperience
- 2+ years of Health Insurance industry experience
- Health and Life license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
- Experience working in a team/Corporate environment preferred
This position is open to working remote with the ability to work Eastern Time Zone. The ideal candidate (but not limited to) will reside in the Madison, WI or Atlanta, GA areas.
Work at Home/Remote Requirements
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required
