Position Overview:

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a to support ATS and our government customer in Atlanta, GA and Petersburg, VA. The Risk Management Framework (RMF) Analyst performs a variety of RMF duties which will include continued overall analysis, review, and working of the various programs and requirements within DCMA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct independent, extensive evaluations of the administration, functionals, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or acquired by an IT system to identity efficiency and effectiveness of NIST based security controls.
• Identify the need for and develop and maintain IT systems necessary organizational accreditation documentation.
• Follow and enforce organizational IT systems security policies and procedures for future, operational, and sunset IT systems.
• Follow and enforce organizational Information Systems and IT systems security policies and procedures for data, networks, and systems.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure information systems are reliable and accessible per SLAs.
• Develop strategies to review IT applications and software to remove security risks prior to implementation and that IT applications and software are designed to meet stakeholder and user community needs and objectives.
• Develop a RMF Executive Package for each Authorization that will include a System Security Plan, Security Assessment Report (SAR), Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M), Risk Assessment Report (RAR), and Authorization Decision Document.
• Register customer organizational systems in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) application.
• Utilize the eMASS application to support and automate the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Register and maintain all customer organizational connections into SNAP.
• Provide monthly and annual SNAP registration metrics.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10-15+years of experience including 5+years of specific RMF experience.
• Possess an understanding of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-30, 800-37 Security and Privacy Controls for Information Systems and Organizations and DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01
• Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
• Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating and executing strategic plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
• Secret Clearance

Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to stand for extended periods of time. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Includes travel to local, remote, and out of state locations.
