Description: Our client is currently seeking a RN MED/SURGE UNIT SUPERVISOR

Attention compassionate and experienced RNs! Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Our client is seeking a Senior Living RN Med/Surge Unit Supervisor for the evening shift (3 pm - 11 pm) to join their team. As the RN Med/Surge Unit Supervisor, you will oversee the unit, ensuring quality patient care and staff accountability.

In this leadership role, you will provide direction and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Collaborating with other shift supervisors, you will ensure continuity of care and champion their mission of caring for seniors.

We offer competitive pay, a sign-on bonus of $10,000, and an outstanding benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. To qualify, you must have a current RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, minimum 3-5 years of experience as a nurse supervisor in a Med/Surge Long Term Care/Short Term Recovery or hospital setting, 3+ years of experience in a nurse leadership role with a proven track record of success, and strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
