Judge Healthcare is seeking a RN Supervisor for one of our top clients, a successful long term care facility, located in the heart of the city near the Philadelphia Art Museum!
Shifts Needed: Evening Shift, Night Shift, and Weekends
This opportunity is full time, permanent, and offering very competitive compensation, benefits, and PTO for qualified candidates!
Job Description:
- Plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the overall clinical and administrative activities of the assigned nursing units and staff.
Qualifications:
- BSN required
- PA RN license
- 2 or more years of experience in Nurse Management
- 2 to 3 years of clinical experience in an acute or Long Term Care setting
- Communication and interpersonal skills
