Basic Job Functions:
Verco Decking Inc. is seeking candidates for a Sales Administrator located in our Goodyear, Arizona location.
- Commitment to our first priority of "Taking Care of Our Customers"
- Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers
- Answering Phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate people
- Input Quotes and Orders into Computer System
- Organize Bid Calendar and Contract Documents for Estimating Department
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Microsoft products including Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using SAP or similar software
- Two or more years of experience in the steel joist/deck industry
- Previous experience in an administrative role
