Our Client, a Telecommunications firm located in Bolton, MA is seeking a Sales Assistant on a Temporary to Permanent basis to join their team and provide administrative and client facing support assisting inside and outside sales reps and handling incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner. This role will consist of a Monday-Friday 830am-530pm schedule and will pay $18/hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients
• Perform accurate order entry on a timely basis for designated Account Executives.
• Provide information regarding products, past and current orders, tracking, and pricing from customers via phone & email
• Identify and resolve customer issues using independent judgment
• Provide administrative support related to business operational needs

Job Requirements

• Highly organized with proven multi-tasking capabilities
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to use good judgment when making business decisions
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office/Excel - required
• Strong oral and written communications skills a must
• Previous experience in a support and customer service role preferred
