The Stepping Stones Group is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA!The Coordinator assists with the day-to-day sales and administrative functions allowing the sales team members to focus on developing client relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination with team on outbound prospecting calls
- Managing marketing activities to prospective clients
- Activities related to contracts and processing within database
- Conducting research on market geographies, contacts; data entry into a database and ongoing data maintenance
- Initial intake of inbound sales calls
- Coordinating support for additional client activities as needed
- Preparation of draft client presentations as needed for client meetings
- Additional duties as assigned by a manager
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Staffing experience is preferred
- Strong phone customer service experience required
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to meet project timelines
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Working experience with database environment is preferred
EDUCATIONMinimum Associate college degree is required
